Toronto, ON - The Board of Directors of the Chapter has set a Special Members Meeting on August 21, 2023 from 12:00pm - 12:15pm virtual by Zoom to approve a motion in respect to the process for the 2023 annual review of the financial statements [with no "audit" and no "review engagement" as allowed by the ONCA (2010)] and to approve the appointment of Jag Budwal as the independent reviewer.

There is a Proxy Form available, below and in the Event Details, for those Paid-Up Chapter Members who cannot attend.
