Mark McManus is the Executive Vice-President & Chief Compliance Officer for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He is also the Chief Solutions Officer of GHLC Inc., a Toronto-based global business coaching and advisory firm. In terms of financial crime prevention, Mark primarily helps organizations and businesses develop innovative employee training programs that support regulatory awareness, risk management, corporate governance, and compliance requirements. Mark is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, and a Certified Training and Development Professional. He earned a Master of Education degree, specializing in Workplace Learning & Change, from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, and an Honours degree in Commerce from Queen’s University at Kingston. He also holds a Diploma in Law & Security Administration, and a Certificate in Financial Management, from Algonquin College in Ottawa. He combines his educational expertise, business acumen, and career experience to help organizations solve some of the more complex problems they face.
