Also, we do NOT accept American Express as a payment method, even though you may occasionally see the AMEX icon on a payment page.  This is an issue with the software supplier and we work diligently to make sure all software updates remove that icon, but we are not always successful.

The Connection Between Fairness and Effectiveness in Investigations -  Presented by:  Gerry McGeachy, CFE, CAMS, CEDS, CFCS,  Certified Specialist in Criminal Law, FIP, CIPM,CIPP/C/E

OVERVIEW

A truly effective investigation is underpinned by fairness, which includes objectivity, and ethical conduct.  In the end, fairness is not  just for the benefit of the person/company investigated.  It is the investigator’s friend because it bolsters the quality of the evidence collection, and the persuasiveness of the findings/report or eventual evidence before a tribunal or court.
